If you receive a defective or incorrect product, call MM Global Solutions, Inc. toll free at 866-478-1213 to obtain a return authorization—a return form and label that must accompany the return.  Returns made without a return authorization will be refused by our receiving department.  Notification of returns due to an error on our part in filling your order must be made within 7 days.  Returns must be made within 20 days.  If you order an incorrect catalog number, a return approval will be at the discretion of management, and may be subject to up to a 25% restocking charge.  No returns from overseas, unless items is deemed defective.  Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of you, the customer,  unless MM Global Solutions is responsible for the error, or if a newly-shipped item is determined to be defective.

All backorders will be filled as soon as possible.

If you receive an item that is damaged we must send it back to the manufacturer.   If the item is used and you determine that the item is defective, it must be returned to the manufacturer.  The manufacturer solely reserves the right and has the final determination if the product will be repaired or replaced.
